Not postponed for long. If you are referring to the CSFB case before the Japanese FSA, which we have discussed, the final hearing for CSFB was rescheduled from last Monday to yesterday (Friday). Final decision expected later in the day yesterday at the earliest. So now it looks like early next week.

Let's all pray those stupid f**kers in the FSA do the right thing.
