GURNEE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 1999--TeleHub Network Services Corp., a leading provider of voice over
ATM carrier services, announced a services agreement with STAR Telecommunications, Inc., (Nasdaq:STRX - news), a
global telecommunications services company.

Under the terms of the agreement, STAR Telecommunications will utilize TeleHub's network for terminating domestic traffic over the next two years.

The agreement is worth an estimated $8.0 million in revenue for TeleHub.

``This agreement with STAR Telecommunications showcases our network's strength and depth. We are looking forward to

``TeleHub is known throughout the telecommunications industry for having a reliable network and our strategic decision in selecting TeleHub affords us the opportunity to have a strong foundation in the industry for terminating domestic telephone calls,' said Edgecomb.
