LOS ANGELES, Jul 23, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) -- Keystone
Energy Services Inc. (OTC:KESE) Friday announced that it has acquired
aUnix- based ISP with existing dial-up, Web-hosting and co-location
accounts.

This acquisition enables the company's ISP division PowerOne
Internetworks to offer the option of Unix or Windows NT to customers,
creating transitional flexibility for further acquisitions.

PowerOne Internetworks will be selecting one or more backbone support
systems in the near future. The Internet backbone of MCI Worldcom
(Nasdaq:WCOM) and Sprint (NYSE:FON) are presently being considered. The
company realizes the necessity of secure alignment with the proper data
centers for Internet backbone support and strategic alliances.

Keystone has marketed and signed more than 8,500 EarthChoice(SM)
renewable "green"-electricity customers in the state of California in
its ESP (Electric Service Provider) division. The company believes that
the pollution-free (96 percent to 99 percent) ISP division is an
excellent parallel for its socially responsible marketing niche.

Keystone ("The Power of the Future(SM)") competes in the newly
deregulated electric-power industry, providing "the ultimate choice" of
reliable, renewable energy to electric-power consumers in the state of
California.

The company also offers pollution-free (96 percent to 99 percent)
Internet access and services throughout the United States and Canada,
under the ISP division name of PowerOne Internetworks -- "The Power to
Make a Difference(SM)," "Power for the Future(SM)."
