DMA, Now comes a visiting professor at Johns Hopkins who suggests that even the money Mr. Gates is donating to charity really doesn't fully belong to him. This is the typical thinking of the socialist left. The government's priority over your earned income must come first. You are supposed to be "thankful" for what you are allowed to keep. I am not surprised to see such garbage as this published in an educational journal...and by an "eletist".
