Sam, if Gordon makes a grab for any of those 300 million shares, he is going to have a SERIOUS shareholder revolt on his hands. I am told that once when Gordon was warned that the stock price would go under 10 cents (price then over $.25) if the company didn't do such-and-such, his reply was, "Let it go down." So the stock price went to $.038, and the company teetered on the brink of survival for several weeks while PP holders converted. I suspect Mr. Gordon had a near-death experience; now he knows in spades what a 3-4 cent share price can do to a company. Ridiculous share grants and option deals will not be tolerated! Let Mr. Gordon go to the open market, buy a chunk a shares, send a message to the investment world, and rebuild trust with the shareholders. He has everything to gain. Regards, Suzanne
