Because Phx, the free shares are not available any more. Mr. Gordon is a politician. He knows when and how to announce things. He knows how to put a positive spin on bad news. He knows how to use this thread and the posters. Henry says it wasn't the PP holders who took the price down to 3.8 cents, it was the longs bailing out. There have been a lot of naive, trusting shareholders in this stock (and I put myself at the head of that dubious list). But some of us have wised up. Gordon came within a hair's breadth of losing his company. Surely he has wised up too. We started out with 80 million shares and are guessing we will have 150 million when the financing is said and done. That is 70 million shares owned by the debt holders. Are they interested in Gordon's share shenanigans? Can Gordon afford to play fast and loose with shares with ultimate control of the company in other people's hands? He can if he is tired of his $360,000 a year job. Once again, let Gordon go into the open market, buy a chunk, and be loved by everybody. Regards, Suzanne
