NEW YORK, July 22 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley Dean Witter analyst Mary Meeker raised her share earnings estimate for Internet service provider America Online Inc. Thursday.

-- In a report, she boosted her estimate for fiscal year 2000 earnings to $0.60 a share from $0.56 and to $0.90 from $0.80 for fiscal year 2001.

-- America Online reported record fourth-quarter revenue Wednesday and earnings that topped Wall Street forecasts.

-- "She believes that AOL's lineup of branded product offerings is becoming more powerful, with 17.6 million paying subscribers," the report said.

-- The company's shares were off 4-3/16 at 112 after touchinga low of 111.
