Ike- I heard that on Aug. 11 a foul wind would be blowing around Uranus. LOL - I stole that one from LG yesterday.

Hi ike,

Based on your recommendations, yesterday I bought Where are the Customer's Yachts? at Border's (library doesn't have it). Also bought Sy Harding's Riding the Bear. (library doesn't have that one, either.) Started both, both very good. I also looked at some books on derivatives, trying to understand them, think I have a tiny comprehension, which is more than I had before.<g>

When I was putting the derivatives books back, I noticed a yuppie type guy looking through a copy of Macmillan on Options. I told him it was a good book, but the library had copies. He said, for $63, maybe he should get one at the library. I agreed, "nobody ever got rich throwing money away," and he left empty-handed. This is one of those "for what it's worth" anecdotes.
