EDIG, e.Digital Corp

Jim Seymour from TheStreet.com will be posting an article about e.Digital later today on TheStreet.com

He wrote an article on MP3.com and Liquid Audio yesterday and ended it with a lead in for e.Digital today which said the following:

"Tomorrow: A close look at e.Digital (EDIG:OTC BB), one of the most-discussed and potentially explosive companies in the downloadable-music market."

Everyone by now should know how hot the digital music download topic is right now. He said that EDIG is potentially one of the most explosive companies in that area. Think about this:

MPPP ( MP3.com ) is presently valued with a market cap of $4 Billion. If EDIG was given the same valuation EDIG would be trading at $40.00 per share. It is presently trading at $2.40 so think of the potential here.

EDIG is partnered with Intel, Lucent, IBM, Lanier and is in the VoiceTimes consortium for VTT/TTV - Voice to Text and Text to Voice standards.

EDIG owns 7 patents covering their technology.

Digital downloaded music is actually a small part of their business. VTT and TTV will be their bread and butter. They are currently building 100 prototype advanced digital recorders for Intel which are to be delivered sometime mid summer which is getting very close. eDIG has the potential to become the standard for many handheld devices.
