Blodgett is the one who started this thinking that the nets would not rally in the summer, but would be very strong come late fall and into the winter. His comments about amzn's delayed profitability were consistent with his desire to manipulate these stocks to not rally until the fall. perhaps I am being naive, but I think if he had said that the cc was much better than the spring one, which it was, and it looks like the company is really ready to ramp up now, we would be rallying now.So, I don't think he lost his nerve, I think he is trying to take enhance his reputation for calling these right. It was in his interest to be unimpressed. Meanwhile, he will get his clients in now, and then make positive comments about amzn come fall.

Sold 1/2 remaining AMZN at 108
Why?

I did not have time to post but I bought back 1/2 my AMZN yesterday at 108. I sold them at 108 but I had to pay 111 for the second half.

I closed the Aug 145 strike calls. and wrote Aug 125 to make up the difference. My strategy now is to buy and hold. Too many trades do not make money for me. I do not have enough time to watch the tape.
