Because they do not fall under the rubric of an IPO. Why invest in a company with a proven record that can be microscopically scrutinized when you can buy a company that promises everything from Eden. That is what is happening, the investment houses are making so much money touting their IPO's that they have forgotten the fundamentals that drive companies. I am a true believer in the new technotronic revolution and the gains in productivity and freedom ascribed to this era but these investment houses have just dumbfounded me with how they are able con investors into buying most of their IPOs.
