I hate to create realizm into the picture but why to you think the company wants authorization to double there allready watered down stock if they do not intend to issue more stock and water down their stock still further? Then when the limit of authorized stock can no longer be authorized, they resort to a reverse split. All of which makes me think twice about investing any more money in this company. And yes, I am invested and have been for a long time. Been in and out many times.
