There is nothing to explain. He is short, and trying to provide a pipe dream explanation for how SCUR's price decline could possibly be related to CC shorting

Rich asked for an explanation of off-shore shorting and trading, so if he didn't understand it there is something to explain. What do you mean there is nothing to explain?

Yes, I am short and I think most of the price decline of stocks that have floorless convertibles are due to the shorting activities of the lenders. Go back and read all the posts in the Floorless thread to see how this works. Better yet stick around and watch VLNC to see first hand how it works.
