There is nothing to explain. He is short, and trying to provide a pipe dream explanation for how SCUR's price decline could possibly be related to CC shorting Rich asked for an explanation of off-shore shorting and trading, so if he didn't understand it there is something to explain. What do you mean there is nothing to explain? Yes, I am short and I think most of the price decline of stocks that have floorless convertibles are due to the shorting activities of the lenders.
