Zack, I can only imagine the SEC. He did not elaborate.

Let me also add that I am still of the belief that we have something very good going on behind the scenes.

I DO NOT KNOW THIS FOR SURE SO THE ABOVE IS IMO!

The natural assumption is the SEC has ordered JChin to say nothing. If true, shouldn't the SEC -- supposedly responsible to the public interest -- minimally permit a CEO to identify to the shareholders the SEC as the source of the "gag order"...as well as the text of the document that specifically enjoins him from freely speaking?

Was the SEC responding to short-sellers' interests (for information) with the suspension...i.e. after the "mysterious" 1.4Million surge of (foreign?) buying on 6/30/99 pushed the stock price from 1.187 to almost $2.343 over a two trading day period (almost 100%)? Suspension was announced just 4 trading days later.

Who pulls the strings of the SEC?
Who pulls Jimmy Chin's strings (the SEC and/or Chin's "partners" and/or DGIV lawyers)?

The first commissioner of the SEC was a "fabled short-seller."
