Great! I already have my password so I no longer need a response, but it would be good to set up a system to insure that basic questions are answered promptly. I sent e-mails to:

*gtgweb@gildertech.com
*The "customer service/help" e-mail address at the GTR web site (don't remember the specific name off hand).

"If they came to me, I'm afraid I get hundreds and am on the road half the time and have to keep up with the industry and often let them slip. That too, has to be fixed."

I didn't send anything directly to you. However, I think that "personal" e-mail and "business e-mail" are different. Personal e-mail can and perhaps should be responded to at your leisure. Business e-mail should be at least acknolwedged within a reasonable amount of time. At least that is how I feel!
