On the Yahoo board there are reports that Q just won a MAJOR court case, that was in appeals for 13 months. Should/could be some great news. Can anyone verify? OT- Don't know if Doug R is shorting Q or not. I have been following his thread for some time and as far as TA is concerned, he certainly appears to knows what he is talking about-FWIW. Don't think we need to be hostile to him simply because he is giving us his opinion on this thread.

JohnG: It would seem there is a “parallel” rising trading channel. Connect the lows of 3/24 to 5/26 and extend right and connect the highs of 5/13 to 7/20 and extend right. Look for that lower trend line to be first major support in a significant pullback. Next would be the high on 5/13. Of course, there is minor support along the way.
