On the Yahoo board several posters stating that Q has just won a MAJOR court case, that has been in appeals for 13 months. Can anyone shed any light on this. It appears that this could be another huge feather in Q's cap.

Maybe someone with a little more knowledge of the case can shed some light (I really dont remember what was at stake)....

Not sure of significance, but Q got unanimous ruling that FCC erred when it denied granting Q wireless spectrum (history not relevant). The actually spectrum being argued over is in Miami and owned now by Sprint. Q said it would not ask for that spectrum, and its second choice in Phoenix is also taken by now. Q will probably negotiate with FCC over location of Spectrum, unless FCC appeals to SC.
