FCC attorneys could not be immediately reached for comment about whether
they will appeal the decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals.

Appeal the appeal...? Again? Classic, You can, you can't....Let's do the mess all over again.

Compensation? Since the FCC can't, have the courts give Q 5 "Rule in favor free" cards to be redeemed at will.
