Rob, agree. I think CSCO and LU or NT are salivating to buy this company. Certainly if Alan & Terrence disappoint this Q they would be vulnerable to a take over. I am looking at $35-40 at least as buyout price ( if we go to 21 that is for an extended period of time). Certainly I think they may let Terrence hang around in a big technical position to guide the new ATM behemoth. Chambers with CSCO is an MBA I think and thus Terrence could coexist with him in a technical position. Terrence's headaches with meeting eps will be gone and he can move on really into building the WWW from a leading vantage position, TA
