(BSNS WIRE) Massimo Da Milano, Inc., Today Announces Agreement With Gene
Massimo Da Milano, Inc., Today Announces Agreement With Generation Foods

Business Wire

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 23, 1999--Today Massimo Da Milano,
Inc. (OTC BB:MDMI), announced that it has reached a distribution
agreement with Generation Foods to market its full line of products.
Massimo's intends to market the Generation Foods products through its
direct sales organization to large accounts, through its distribution
organization to hotels, bars, restaurants and C-stores, and through
its Java Centrale Internet Cafe and will make the product available to
its Java Centrale Franchise Network, as well as through the Company's
E-commerce site www.buymdmi.com.
According to Crawford Shaw, Jr., "We are particularly excited
about being able to offer Generation Foods new line of Hot Rod sodas
with the marketing support associated with Hot Rod Magazine. In
addition, the Generation Foods herbal sodas have been extremely well
received by the customers that we have previewed the product with."
According to Steffani Corri Dolivo, of Generation Foods, "We at
Generation Foods would like to welcome you as our newest distributor
in Texas for the Skeleteen and Nutritonic line of beverages. I am
excited to have Massimo's behind our lines. The Skeleteen line of
sodas has been in the niche market for the last 8 years and was the
first multi-colored line of drinks that had herbs. Our hand drawn
labels and trademarked logos caught the media attention almost
immediately. From the Wall Street Journal to the LA Times articles
were being written about this new breed of soda pop. In total over
7200 unsolicited articles have been written about our company. With
all of this press it helped launch our Brainalizer soda. An all
natural drink specifically made to wake up the brain with such
ingredients as African capsicum, ginkgo biloba ginseng & golden seal.
The response to this drink had been so overwhelming that it has taken
us 5 years to create 2 follow up flavors, Rejuvenizer & Electrolizer."
