Wang,

The time frame is approx. 10 weeks.
The particular chart activity involved indicates that supply and demand factors of the stock have become of primary importance for a while. The fundamentals that drove the stock to where it is are now more than fully accounted for in the price.
And...it's not me doing the predicting...it's the chart.
