Not sure what the driving force is here - rev & eps growth, institutional accumulation, day-traders, buyout speculation, etc. - but it feels good! EPS of $1.10 looks doable in that margins are improving, the product line is expanding, pharmacy services are being added, and e-commerce is around the corner...plus, growth of the diabetic customer base continues to remain consistently strong. Discounting the growth rate (over 30%) for various factors - small cap, heavy dependence on single payer and single product, capitalizing of direct ad costs, and whatever else you want to include that the street doesn't particularly like - and assigning a PE of 20, I see $20 - $22 as a reasonable six month target. May I error in being too conservative!
