Not following you - Date is July 2001 2 years away. 2.8 million pref shares = $6.5 million conversion if it happens is 1 for 1 that is an additional dilution of only 2.8 million shares. Where do you come up with 10 million? If this baby isn't at the $2.31 conversion before July 2000 a year before the conversion I will be long gone. In fact I will sell half of my shares if this stock goes up in 6 months when the train deal should start to impact. If the train deal doesn't come into the station I will probably sell them all and look for something else.
