Is Fujitsu the company which has publicly stated its intention to double marke t share? It seems Samsung had similar objectives but I doubt they were in the position to have done this damage.

Some have said SEG was the real price culprit. Are there multiple perpetrators?

At any rate after hearing of the resources WDC has available, if anyone expects them to drop soon, I think they'll be disappointed. Even should it reach ther point of near death, with an up to date product line, they'll make a very attractive acquisition for a company interrsted in the by then booming A/V business. They are much more attractive than the decimated obsolete MXTR was.

Maybe Stitch can tell us whose really dumping prices and why. -Z
