NTBK oversold: Weekly chart, daily, 60 min, 30, 15, 10 5--just about sub-zero, 1 minute chart show upswing.

NTBK - is oversold... but with 23.6 float it can change fast... OBV and all indicators are still down trending, but it's due a bounce (snap back), demand higher... be nimble if you play it it's right at 200MA 24 3/4 and is very bearish... now it's broken... get that scuba gear.
