don't confuse implementation services with support

support will be handled by BVSN typically and is very profitable

implementation depends on partners being experienced, and if partners can implement, then yes they would reap services revenues
typically 75% of the total customer sale

which would explain part of the difference between the 50% customer increase with only 25% revenue increase
just looking at it this way doesn't bode well either

now if BVSN was booking the WHOLE sale and the partners were charging them we have an interesting scenario happening
BVSN would get monies quickly from the customer and push out payments to suppliers, i would think
this could come back to 'roost' later, and should be watched closely

services revenues could be choppy but with that many new customers it will average reasonably, some will go slow, some fast, some cancel
it's typical of the industry
the blip 50%/25% is not typical though, imho
