Mitch,
Thanks! Those figures got totally past me in 99Q1 CC. Now I get it. I have to say, I'm very glad to hear it was a, "sequential," comparison. And the 20% is "core" business as you say. It's just screwy what they throw into the different categories.

Weren't you confused as heck when they went into how and what they call their Options? And I believe they may have said, the option category will be increasing because the MetaFrames they are currently deploying are purchased barebones (except they use very fancy wording to say, "bare bones") now and they see upgrades coming on in the future.

Since I finally found someone who may have listened to the entire CC, what in the world was that one analyst, going back and forth for about the 12% figure, for? He was subtracting one category from another, coming up with the 12% figure and trying to get CTXS execs to verify it. It went back and forth for awhile, and finally the CTXS exec said, "Well I can only say, I can't argue with your math." Do you know what he was calculating?
Thanks,
MikeM(From Florida)
