Re ICGE reserved shares:

there are 13.25 mm shrs available.

But SFE has 1.25 reserved (down to 12 mm)
insiders have 2.6 mm reserved (down to 9.4 mm)
IBM's buying $45 million woth, or about 3.75 mm shrs (down to 5.65 mm)
GE capital's buying 1.8 mm shrs (down to 3.85 mm)

There's not much inventory to go around, even accounting for overallotments. The float will not be great either, since most of the other 920 million shares are restricted (all right it's closer to 120 million -- don't have exact shrs out on hand).

Makes for an interesting first day of trading, don't you think? I know i'm not planning on flipping them unless it goes to $80. Anyone else thought thru their plans?
