CobaltBlue, you are correct in describing alcohol as a volatile substance and one that would likely be absent from any autopsy finding. Other drugs -- different story. In any case, I did not mean to suggest a drug/alcohol role in the crash. I was just curious whether Kennedy got a pass on tests that would normally be done by the ME. Maybe no one in the press dared mention the subject -- just seems that you always hear things like -- "the results of tests won't be known for weeks."
