Rich, "assign" the term "fishy" to my being "English Challenged". (g). The reason my simple mind calls it fishy is that the P&L statement should have been "hit" with the balance (about $7.5 MM) and it was hit with only $2 to $3 MM or so. Rich, how could their burn rate be just a million/month? I thought they had an "army" of employees in NI. Their most recent quarterly showed a loss of $9 MM (and this does not include capital equipment, purely operational losses). Have they cut down the staff by 2/3? Zeev
