"Mortgage rates decline" : Published: Friday, July 23, 1999

The average interest rate on 30-year fixed-rate mortgages edged
down to 7.52 percent this week, marking the third straight weekly
decline. The average was down from 7.58 percent last week,
according to a weekly survey by Freddie Mac, the mortgage
company.

Hopefully on Monday, imo I think a lot of people will try to forget about this week over the weekend (I know, I'll be one of them).

This way it will be fresh news to feed on all week!
