Rich, actually, once they get an order, the funds from the IRDB should kick in. Yet, if they indeed plan to buy additional equipment during this year, I fear that the $25 will not be sufficient, since they will also need money to increase their working capital quite drastically. However, if they have good sized PO's in hand, I do not think that favorable financing should be a problem. The real issues are, operationally, where are those PO's? And from a "stock action perspective", is the current bounce from $5.5 real or a "fake out" ? Zeev
