Corporate supply remains a concern, as the 3 and 5-year Caterpillar deal was launched last night and is expected to price later today, while spreads remain under heavy pressure. In addition, with bearish sentiment now running through the market, supply concerns are likely to play even a bigger factor as the focus starts to shift towards the August refunding announcement on August 4.
