I too agree that ERICY sees the writing on the wall, Won't behave like MOT... Time will soon be running out on this game of chicken...

My Uncles son in law is one of ERICY's long term company men.. Has been with them about 20 years. He always seemed abit arrogant as has the general concensus about E. But I think opinions are changing about there business position. I was just back to Sweden last month to visit my family. Took side trip (cruise) to Helsinki. All cellular stores were packed; many people wanting new phones... While buying a cool case (with slender clip built on and can't find in states) for my NOK I asked about CDMA.. The guy's reply was they're expecting dual mode by july or end of summer and he was excited!!!! Even tho some of my family is ERICY, I've been the Q fan.. They have been buying stock on my recommendation since the early this year.. They had been concerned about E and even my Unc son-in -law doesn't seem so arrogant right now

Love This Day
P

J Goren--Clearly, this spectrum has a huge value. Didn't I see that the original denied spectrum was im Miami? I am trying to guess just what Q would do with it if they get it. My guess would be to provide it to LWIN, possibly in exchange for some financing commitments if this asset could somehow be exchanged in a way that would provide equivalent benefit to Q shareholders. Any ideas here--other than just selling it if this is allowed.
