Perhaps its biggest strength lies in the collective brainpower of its middle class. Through the Internet, Indians are already scripting reams of software for Silicon Valley. Indian entrepreneurs are also building a Silicon Valley of their own, one that may rival California's. This is true but the problems are still there. You have a class of highly educated growing. With all due respect there is also a class conscious background that does little to enhance equal but accept poverty as part of existence. This will change but it will take time.
