Did we read the same article? EDIG was up over .30 before that article and then dropped to a loss after the article.

What was good about the report? I am really curious, because it sounded like Cramer thought EDIG was doomed.

Joe,
I can't contribute much to your thread in return for what I pick up
here( love NAMC and VALH), but I can throw out some thoughts
regarding e.Digital).
For those not aware:
Besides the write-up by J Seymour, there was an S3 filed late Friday,
announcing the intent to sell a heck of a bunch of shares, by insiders including Chairman Woody Norris, and long time sidekick
R. Putnam... also there was a favorable article in e.Digital's home
area (San Diego) newspaper.
My overall thoughts are that the exposure generated on TSC is good,
regardless of the goofiness of the article... someone thought that
it was thrown together from (faulty) memory, while the guy was
commuting somewhere. Sounded like a good guess to me.
Regarding the shares potentially flooding out(there's already a huge
float), I'm a little concerned, but my gut tells me it won't happen
that way. I think they combined a bunch of POSSIBLE sellers into
one S3, and that the S3 itself is a positive indicator of good news
to come.
Potential good news:
A major show in NYC regarding the Music scene.. Lucent has a BIG
involvement here, even though music is obviously not their "day job".
Possibility of increasing order(s) from Lanier on the digital recorder.
News from Intel( e.Digital has had a development contract for 100 or
so digital recorders for distribution/evaluation by Intel's clients
News from VoiceTIMES. where e.Digital is participating with IBM and
others to establish some standards in the coming era of handheld
devices regarding voice-to-text/text-to-voice. (Imagine having the
WSJ, or IBD, or Email READ TO YOU while commuting)....
All for now, take it FWIW
