Tom, I am not technically astute in the acutal equipment in the field. We are a supplier of Military Electrical Connectors and have an extensive Military Customer Base.

I was reading and article in Seapower magazine about the new types of roles Submarines are playing in combat, recently in the Kosovo crisis, Submarines were playing a more visible role, sort of the front line approach, as opposed to the more traditional role of silent and stealth, below the surface and radio silent.....

The article detailed some of the evolution in communications between the subs, combat fleet etc, quite an interesting article.
anyhow, I began to imagine how as these communications are changing with technology and began to try to think of possible applications whereas ACTV could play some kind of role?

Nothing specific, just kind of day dreaming about the concept, thought I would share with the rest of the class.

Any way, thanks for agreeing that it a least is an "interesting" thought.

Hope your a ACTV share holder !!!!, if yes, hang in there

Tom H, you are probably familiar with CCUR which has been a RT systems developer and military systems sub-contractor, but is now in THIS market segment, which is interactive video.
In fact, CCUR's RT systems division is currently up for sale!
The quick way in the door for an IATV would therefore be to purchase that piece of the company.

Go Go IATV, CCUR, GIC!

I would not be too hasty to discount interactive technology for military utilization. As a person with an extensive history with the military..our boys in green are capable of using this type of technology. You would be amazed of what our boys in green are capable of performing...
