It's not a matter of prediction. The IL is a trendline that exists on charts that display particular activities. Its construction is based on a set of rules that are the same for every stock. Once a stock breaks over the IL, it will fall to the ACT. Like I said...it's not me...it's the chart.
I've taught quite a few people how to construct the IL/ACT at the seminar I give occasionally and I'm sure they can tell you, it works.
