Bob: Also, I thought I recalled that every time earnings were supposed to have been audited, there was some caveat that they are waiting for one or two more things before they can put the official stamp of approval on it. If I recall, that never seems to come to pass. I also follow the Raging Bull board but I have learned like most others not to believe such information when posted on the net or even when released by this company. Also, as a former professional mediator, I am glad that route was addressed with FAMH. However, mediation assumes two (or more) parties that have the desire to work toward a resolution that is in the best interest of all concerned. I am not sure those pulling the strings at FAMH are capable of thinking of anyone but themselves. Therefore, other alternatives are in order. I appreciate all that you, Dick, Dan and others are doing here. I think someone needs to write a good book about this whole experience. Nah, nobody would believe it! Best Wishes, PsycProf
