Scarecrow, I agree 100% with your post based on reviewing the enga news release which referred to future directed share PROGRAMS, the navi ipo filing which refers to a directed share program for cmgi shareholders but has the cutoff date blank for now, and finally the copied email below that I received today in response to an email inquiry: From: "Kelly, Mary Jean" <MKelly@cmgi.com> To: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Directed Share Program Date: Fri, 23 Jul 1999 15:11:23 -0400 CMGI is now evaluating the Direct Share Program based on the response and results of the Engage IPO this week. In consultation with our Board of Directors, we will make a decision about future Direct Share offerings in the weeks ahead. As previously announced, our intention is to continue the program for future majority-owned company IPOs, but we reserve the right to end the program if we feel it necessary. If we decide to continue the program for the NaviSite IPO, we will likely announce that in the form of a press release. Shareholders should be patient and monitor the website for any announcement in the coming weeks.
