Howard it is my understanding that DGIV is NOT on the pinks. They are trading on a foreign exchange. I believe that is different than the "pinks". PS For those that are concerned about the company's "quietness" during these times. I personally welcome it. All we need now is JC saying something he shouldnt. He should be doing EVERYTHING the SEC says including keeping his mouth shut. An assurance from the company saying everything is ok and its business as usual does not mean anything anyway. The only thing that matters is that the SEC allows us to trade again..PERIOD. I am glad the company is quiet since comments from the company NOW could potentially jeopradize the resumption of trading IMHO. Everyone have a good weekend.
