They do have way too much fat. They need to cut personnel very aggressively. Cut out all the bonuses, overtimes, free bees, and the other B.S.s. Get rid of Chuck, and make Matt the new boss. Get closer to IBM, and try to do something unique with the IBM deal. They are a me too oriented company now. Maybe even look at consolidation with somebody, lets say MXTR? Too many damn competitors eating each other alive. Hey let's face it, the sub zero PC is not going away. Market share does not mean s*** here, if you attach a $20 bill to everything that you ship. This is crazy. Cut out the fat big time. Man I was going to buy some more at 5, but cancelled my limit order. I have been buying this POS since 50, now we are at 5. Seriously this thing could go to ZERO!!!
