<Looks like Intel retains the MegaHERTZ lead for another month or so !>

The house of Intel is in all kinds of trouble and I am happy for you that you found something to celebrate.

Every day that passes while AMD fumbles the delivery of the Athlon is a sigh of relief for Intel...
It appears that with the 600 MHZ Pentium III that Intel has begun to circle the wagons as best they can with what they've got...and unlike AMD, what they can actually DELIVER.

Paul Re: " Looks like Intel retains the MegaHERTZ lead for another month or so !"

This can not possibly be true. AMD was "shipping" the K7 in June. The next thing that you know, you will claim that PIII 600 systems are readily available before you can buy a K7 system of any speed.
