>>>OK, what does SNRS need to do to satisfy the FDA re
conflict of interest?

Remember, it is an "unspoken, and front page covered WSJ"
conflict of interest. If it was in the rule book it would
be simple for Russ & Co to follow the rules. When you don't
know for sure what the reason is (as I don't know for sure,
it is IMHO), it is much more difficult to identify and then
proceed to address it.

First, I think Russ & Co. need to hire an outside professional
who is tops in identifying just what the problem is, and astute
enough to identify if it is "political" or not. Russ & co,
as well as us longs are too close to stand back and make a
clear analysis of just what went wrong.

My .02 cents worth would be:

1. Hire an expert to evaluate ALL the information.
2. Identify what the "REAL" problem(s) are
3. Go about rectifying what needs to be done to get back
on docket in six months.

If SNRS can't do that, we are dead......but, as Russ said on
numerious times how he was born to take the helm at SNRS,
I maintain that he will take the required steps for approval.

Hell, with the best minds holding such large amounts of stock
(unless they dumped today), we should be able to find a solution.
