333s were always poor overclockers. 366s have a lot better chance of making 550, (5.5 x100) Something to do with the wafer. Anything over 5.5 and you'll likely have the 75 or 83MHZ bus problem. Try a 366 PPGA.
Had great success with the 300A but the good ones are really gone now.
You could always go 466 @ 66...
