Me too, I love it. Investing is fun again! especially b/c I feel I hold the ultimate vainqueur in this silly fight. Better yet, I just simply love thinking that AOL may be spending oodles of bucks to bark, at the top of its lungs, up the wrong tree......the wrong tree!!

Suddenly, I am entertained. <vbg>

You know, the more I think about it, Case should've made that original deal with TJ instead of thinking he was king internet calling all the shots, and then, when he didn't get his way, running off crying to the government. Because, I wonder, now that the other high-speed avenues are having to lower their tariffs to compete with @Home, AOL should have an even harder time cutting good cheap deals for itself on all fronts.

Ah.........justice will be sweet when it comes trouncing......

A nice thing to remember is that AT&T once tried to buy AOL but AOL refused.

AOL could have named their price and deal.

Had they made a deal, AOL would be running ATHM today.
