SURE ... I was invited and I posted that ... I was advised by a naysayer that I should go and not allow my opinion to be bought ... Message 2761046 Then a Ron Reese who got nailed for letting a company buy his lunch and some sort of upgrade to his computer system ... Ron was influenced. Go read Ron Reese's case the SEC tagged him with for so called compensation. He called me even to make sure I did not make the same mistake. When I went I paid my own air fares on both trips ... stayed with Jimbo in Jimbo's house he was gracious enough to let me stay and a hotel on the other trip ... and paid my own meals and paid my own airfare back. and just in case you are really, really want to dig into this ... Jimbo even taxied me around Dallas. Of course a mentor of mine would not even take 5 minutes to see me after hours of phone conversations over the previous 6 months. In Las Vegas I stay at a hotel for two nights then with my niece and she taxied cabbed me around. Oh and I have receipts, but that is right those are hard facts. I'm sorry, I know I need to stay in the world of innuendoes... this is the lynching arena for the naysayers and witch-hunters. OH MY GOODNESS! I even have receipts where I paid all my own phone bills as a volunteer IR AND some paid invoices where I even paid for a news release when DF made that one about still being the CEO and I had to go to PR news wire because business wire refuse to put out any news until the CEO matter was cleared up. My goodness the SEC did not think to check all this out. That's right the SEC is incompetent with they have you under a microscope. Considering the formal complaints that insinuated I did take compenstion. DANG that's right you want to know what I made NOT what I am out. Geeze I am so sorry ... GB

What CharleyMike's post proves is that anyone, you included, with the perseverance and motivation can put together "selected" posts and "prove a conspiracy" by one or more of many who posted on this thread, also including you. In other words, despite the SEC investigation of you, one could put together a "case" against you in the same manner that you have others, by selected posts, opinions and innuendo. Your receipts, logs, etc., are NOT online, but your posts are. By the same token, the receipts, logs, etc. of your "targets" are also not available to the readers of this thread. As much as I would like to see "justice" for the MIDL shareholders, I don't believe your public harangue against "others" helps the cause. JMO Bill
