By October, the economic recovery of emerging countries should be well on their way, and the Fed would be less hesitant in raising short-term rate, at least one notch higher.

The fed doesn't even know if they'll raise rates. They even went back to neutral bias. How would these bozo's know??????

What kills me is situations just like this. It reminds me of sportswriters who at this moment are predicting this years super bowl match-up. Or better yet, predicting the outcome of this weekends Nascar event at Pocono!!! Have you ever tried predicting a winner of a Nascar event? There are 15 guys every week within 2 tenths of a second of each other!(sorry for the lesson!)

Way too many variables, no information at hand. They are better off just zipping their lips before they really look like asses.
