....For everyone on this Thread............ The fact that AOL has managed to get DSL deals with all these local carriers is good news. To know that I or some other AOL subscriber is actually using AOL PLUS with a DSL connection supplied by one of these RBOCS will make this stock move up. Right know I'm able to get MediaOne cable or Bell Atlantic DSL, but in both cases I have to pay for AOL over and above their ISP.
If the momentum builds under DSL and the RBOCS start playing the same game with AOL as AT&T we will see our AOL shareholder value divided amongst the RBOCS.

I'm long AOL, and would buy more if I could be convinced that this is not where we are headed.

Please tell me what do you think???
