Obviously, you are a long term holder that held the stock up to $244 and didn't sell and you're bitter. I can understand that as anyone with common sense would have sold up there.

Now you've managed to offend me ;-) Not really, but I do believe there are many other investors out there who, like me, do not consider it silly to simply hold a stock, period. Yahoo continues to display clear signs that they will be a multi-hundred billion dollar company some day. That you don't look that far in the future doesn't mean others lack "common sense". Sure, those who *bought* at 244 (was it really that high?) probably wish they had received a better price, but even some of them are quite comfortable as things stand.
